As a trained counsellor I am here to listen to you unconditionally and not judge anything that you may wish to bring to your therapy sessions and believe you me – I am not easily shocked! I am here to hopefully offer you respect and empathy in a confidential space and help you face the world more confidently.
I am fluent in many languages: English, Urdu, Punjabi, Pahari, Mirpuri, Hindi.
