I can offer bespoke packages to suit your business needs and to meet your aims and objectives set out by your grant funders. I have many years of experience in delivering support groups which are around mental health and emotional wellbeing, including topics such as:
- Diversity & inclusion
- Bereavement
- Death in diversity
- Child loss – a client’s perspective
- and much more is possible – you only need ask!
I offer presentations, interactive workshops and as formal/informal as is required – from half days for third sector organisations for as few as 4 people to blue collar corporate organisations and educational institutes with hundreds of participants. There really is no job to small or too big and you can trust and have faith in my competence and confidence.

Support Group Facilitation
My services in group facilitation provide a safe and confidential space for group participants to feel welcomed and accepted for whatever they choose to feel comfortable to share within the group. Subjects may include:
- Depression & anxiety
- Domestic violence
- Dealing with suicide and its after-shocks and suicidal thoughts
- Miscarriages/child loss
- Mental & Emotional wellbeing
- Culturally sensitive issues: abortion, eloping, divorce, mixed race marriages, homosexuality
- Isolation and loneliness
- Elderly care
- Low self-confidence & low self-esteem/self-worth
- Abuse including child or sexual harassment
- Hate/prejudice
- Faith crisis
The groups are run with a holistic therapeutic perspective and aim to allow all to be able to share and hear both their own and others’ life experiences on whatever the subject may be for that particular group/session. It is also as much about offering support and education to others who attend about what help is available within their community and nationally if it is needed by anyone.
For the client hiring my facilitation services I also offer other possible project needs at additional fees, such as:
- Report writing, including data collecting, data analysis, data presentation, using national wellbeing scales/measures for data collection
- Templates – registration, diversity monitoring forms, assessments, referral forms etc.
- Presentation – I can also present the data findings at any final project ending events you may wish to plan for the purpose of reaching out to the other professional community heads/figures/organisations.
